Eligibility
Eligible applicants must have an active CHW/CRS Certification, and for at least 12 months (or 12 months’ experience in a related working field). Applicants also must have earned a score of 85 or greater on the CHW/CRS Exam. Experience facilitating is preferred, but not required.
