Mental Health Screening

If you are experiencing symptoms such as changes in sleeping patterns or energy levels; often feeling sad, worthless, and/or hopeless; loss of interest in activities you used to enjoy; or frequent thoughts of death or suicide, please make use of these free screenings from Mental Health America. You can then take the results to a doctor, along with a description of your symptoms, in order to get the treatment you need.


There are many local and national mental health resources available to you. If you need additional resources, you can dial 2-1-1 to be connected with a navigator who can share effective resources near you.
