Mental Health Screening

If you are experiencing symptoms such as changes in sleeping patterns or energy levels; often feeling sad, worthless, and/or hopeless; loss of interest in activities you used to enjoy; or frequent thoughts of death or suicide, please make use of these free screenings from Mental Health America. You can then take the results to a doctor, along with a description of your symptoms, in order to get the treatment you need.

American Association of Suicidology

Dedicated to serving its members involved in suicide prevention or intervention and those who have been touched by suicide. It works to advance research and implementation of suicide prevention efforts.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP)

AFSP raises awareness, funds scientific research and provides resources and aid to those affected by suicide.

Bowen Health

Provides caring, professional, and cost-effective services to those in need of help. They care for their clients without judgement and work hard to improve their quality of life. Services include Employee Assistance Program, Crisis Hospitalization, Crisis Receiving & Stabilization, Transitional Living, School-Based, Physical Health, Emotional Health, Addiction Recovery, Life-Skills Coaching, and Autism Services.

Carriage House

The Carriage House follows the Clubhouse Model in which members with mental illness work with staff to manage the clubhouse, cleaning, cooking, entering data, and other work-related activities. They hope to build the self-esteem and confidence of their members so they can reintegrate into society successfully.

project.ME

project.ME offers recovery support services to aid individuals in removing barriers to entering into or sustaining long-term recovery, including a drop-in center. They offer harm reduction services and education for those struggling with substance use disorder, their support people and members of the community.
