About Sean C. Godar, Ph.D.:

Director of Solutions Development at Employers Health and National Co-Director of Right Direction

At Employers Health, Sean works to identify, develop, and implement value-based and cost-reduction health care strategies for clients. Prior to his work at Employers Health, Sean worked as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Utah, where he studied the impact of early-life stress on the development of mental illness. Sean has authored over 25 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact scientific journals. He is currently pursuing his Global Executive MBA at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Sean obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at the University of Dayton and his Doctorate in Molecular Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Southern California.
